Management Team

Sue joined Cambridge Guarantee in 2008 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the group. She is also the company's named AML officer and DP officer. Prior to joining Cambridge Guarantee, Sue had roles at the British Embassy in Washington DC, initially with the British Council and then with the UK's National Criminal Intelligence Service ("NCIS") liaising with UK and US government agencies. Much of her work involved travel throughout the United States on behalf of NCIS, representing the service in its dealings with the US government and intelligence gathering. Sue has also operated her own businesses in both the UK and Australia.

Sean Quinn

Sean has worked in the financial sector for 20 years and has been actively involved in the life settlement industry since 2004. Sean has gained a wealth of experience in the industry and built up a strong reputation in the sector by introducing innovative new insurance products to the market, one of which was used as a risk transfer and credit enhancement mechanism within the life settlement sector and was deemed by one of the 'big four' accounting firms to have a one–in–a–million default risk. Sean's in–depth knowledge of the longevity markets has been gained working with and alongside major banks, funds and rating agencies. He is regularly asked to speak at industry events.

Glenn Read

Glenn assisted with the early stage structuring of the company and is a founder shareholder. He has a track record in business going back over 40 years and brings extensive commercial experience to the company, both in terms of validating the business and finance model on a rational commercial basis and in operational terms through effective peer review.
